Our Service to you.
Our one low cost of *$55.00 per year per property covers all servicing and batteries throughout the year
We will ensure that your property complies with the regulations, and that your tenancy change/renewal responsibilities are fully met.
For a set cost of *$55.00 per year per property,
We will attend the property to assess compliance and undertake the required maintenance in accordance with Australian Standard AS1851.
We will also re-attend the property during the year whenever there is a tenancy change or renewal, or a problem with a smoke alarm, at no additional cost,
regardless of how many times in a year we are asked to attend the property.
This one low cost is for any type of residential property, regardless of the type and number of smoke alarms in the property. We do not charge extra for
replacing batteries.
We will only install smoke alarms or replace faulty or expired alarms as required under the legislation if required and authorized by you or your Property Manager.
Let me explain, You will be covered for the whole year for just a minimum cost of *$55.00 per year per property.
Once the service is completed we will provide a comprehensive and detailed report.
The report will be available via our 24/7 secure online management system.
This gives you and your property manager access to your reports any time, any where throughout the world.

Do you liaise with my property manager?
Yes - We have found that the most efficient way of servicing a property is partnering with your existing property manager.
This allows them to manage and co-ordinate the services as needed to maintain overall control.
What do you do with faulty or old smoke alarms?
All faulty smoke alarms are disposed of as per the Regulations.
What Insurance is required?
We a $ 10 million Public Liability Insurance cover, we also have a $ 5 million Professional Indemnity Insurance cover.
What is Professional Indemnity Insurance and is it required?
Professional Indemnity Insurance is required, and all service providers who give advice needs to have this insurance. You need to be aware that any advice which is given is backed up by this insurance.
If your current service provider does not have Professional Indemnity Insurance - stop using them as you could be exposed to potential claims.
Do you provide discounts?
Yes. We offer discounts on multiple services. eg - Lets say that you property has smoke detectors and safety switches, our normal cost for servicing each is $55 respectively, but if you were to contract both services on the same property than the second service would cost $27.50 (Half Price)
Should I receive a Compliance Report?
Yes you should and we provide a Compliance Report after every visit to the property. This gives the landlords proof that the property has met the requirements of all legislation regarding smoke alarms.
What areas do you service and what is your capacity?
We service all of Victoria. We have trained staff ready and waiting. All our Technicians are comprehensively trained and have passed a thorough Smoke Alarm Technical Assessment.
